Job Overview: The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations for the Food & Beverage experience for our guests. This individual has general operational responsibilities as it relates to ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing staff, coordinating service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

  • Lead team of ~65 team members including Supervisors, Bartenders, Bar Backs, Servers and Food Runners.
  • Lead and inspire a team of direct reports, overseeing the recruitment, selection and promotion of team members.
  • Fostering an environment of continuous learning through training and development initiatives, conducting comprehensive performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and managing disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations in the front of the house to ensure service, staffing levels, cleanliness, readiness, and responsible alcohol service is followed.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales reconciliation and budgeting.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events or private functions, ensuring all details align with guest expectations.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Manage inventory and reporting on all front of house costs
  • Interacts and establishes relationships with guests to improve retention, promote guest loyalty, and resolve guest complaints.
  • Knowledge of all food and beverage items to offer recommendations to our guests
  • May act as LOD (Leader On duty) for entire establishment for assigned shifts

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Demonstrate leadership skills including any combination of post-high school restaurant education and restaurant management experience to equal 5 year; 3 years of direct people leadership experience
  • Ability to work a varying schedule, which includes nights and weekends
  • Prior experience in a fine dining environment preferred
