Role and Responsibilities
- Effectively handle incoming customer service calls
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Handle incoming inquiries related to questions, billing, access, warranty support, and all other customer service needs via phone, email, and text
- Educate clients and real estate agents on services and inspection options that best meet their needs
- Assist with sales-related inquiries via phone and non-call channels as needed
- Conduct outbound customer service-related calls
- Assist clients and agents with rescheduling, cancellations, and adding services as needed
- Confirm next-day services and communicate updates with clients and agents
- Process payments and manage collections efficiently
- Address client complaints, gather information, and liaise with the client success department to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of services and territories served to support client inquiries
- Assist team members in the field through communication in the Team Member Support channel
- Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned by ListingPro management
