Key Responsibilities
- Create positive client experiences while building positive client relationships through accurate, thorough, and timely service delivery.
- Inspect premises to identify infestation source and extent of damage to infested locations (if treating wood-destroying organisms)
- Recommend treatment and prevention methods for pest problems to the client
- Record work activities performed
- Engage clients through professional, positive, and proactive communication
- Complete pest control services on schedule and assigned each day
- Clean the work site after completion of the job
- Complete general sales / leads quoting as needed
- Regularly contribute ideas and feedback to increase service and efficiency levels.
- Anticipate and exceed client expectations
- Help team members with other PestNation services
- Maintain vehicle organization and cleanliness
- Maintain service products and equipment
