Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and hardworking Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all in-store transactions, Drop Off and Delivery laundry orders, and phone inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Handle in-store purchases and process payments accurately in our POS system.
- Manage and input Drop-Off laundry orders into our POS system with attention to detail.
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist with customer inquiries or scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Resolve any issues that may arise efficiently and professionally.
- Recommend services, retail, and F&B to customers to enhance their experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
