If you're bilingual (required), reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and love making people's day brighter, we want YOU on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly smile
- Keep our laundromat sparkling clean
- Become a laundromat pro—help troubleshoot machines & technology
- Provide outstanding customer service in English & Spanish (preferred)
- Sell laundry supplies & oversee the Customer Care Center
- Wash, Dry & Fold laundry—treating every item like it’s your own
- Sort, prep, and package laundry orders like a pro
- Maintain accurate records & stock vending machines as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail & a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Comfort using technology (POS system, machines, TVs, tablets)
- Bilingual required (Spanish and English) to best serve our Cypress community
Flexible Scheduling!
- Shifts from 5-8 hours
- Opening and closing shifts available
- Weekday availability
- Weekend availability
- Holidays? We’re closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas; with abbreviated hours for some
- Part-time to Full-time positions available (15-30 hours per week)
Starting Pay: $10.00/hr Tips opportunities
