Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies.
- Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present Laundry One's products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
- Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns to foster customer loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges within the territory.
- Product Knowledge – Maintain a thorough understanding of our product design and operation. Must also demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and assist with installation and repairs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, providing regular updates to management.

Essential education, licenses, certifications, skills and experience needed for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commercial laundry industry or a related sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a designated territory.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Knowledge in sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
