We're looking for a skilled and dedicated technician to join our team! Do you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy helping others? This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives by ensuring our commercial laundry equipment is running smoothly.
Here's what you'll do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair washers, dryers, water heaters, and payment kiosks.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to keep equipment running at its best.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and offering helpful advice.
- Maintain detailed service records using our handy mobile app.
- Manage parts inventory to ensure we have what we need for repairs.
- Keep your company vehicle clean and well-maintained (think mobile office!).
- Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and others safe.
- Utilize technology tools to configure machines and access applications.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with mechanical repair and maintenance
- A strong work ethic and can manage your time effectively
- Basic computer skills
