Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service and Satisfaction: Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders; address customer questions and concerns, and report issues to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager as needed.
- Store Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
- Store Cleanliness and Upkeep: Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside the store at all times, following proper cleaning routines and documenting completion.
- Building and Equipment Maintenance: Document equipment and building maintenance issues, escalating unsafe situations to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager on duty.
- Retail: Maintain a good visual presentation of retail products, understand retail products, and educate customers; accurately process sales and encourage customers to purchase additional items.
- Wash/Dry/Fold: Provide a consistent quality product by choosing the right equipment and completing orders with care; complete logs accurately and address customer concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bilingual communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong customer relationship-building skills
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
