Job Description: As a Part-Time Customer Service Associates, you will be the face of LaundryMaids, providing exceptional customer service in-store. You will also be responsible for handling laundry tasks. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable with multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the store
- Receive and process customer orders
- Handle laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during business hours
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
