OUR AVERAGE SALES CONSULTANT EARNS OVER $130K AND THE TOP 25% OF OUR SALES CONSULTANTS EARNS OVER $200!
Laura Automotive Group in Sullivan, MO is home to three of the state’s fastest growing dealerships for Ford, Chevrolet-Buick-GMC and Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, and we are looking for CAREER-minded professionals looking for near unlimited sales and earning opportunities. Our business is up significantly over 2023 and we are overrun with customers wanting to buy from us! We need to expand our sales staff to adequately handle well over 350 vehicle sales per month. Our customers come from all 50 states and a lot of our business is handled over the phone and shipped to our end customers.

- Compensation figures based on full-time sales consultants in CY 2023.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts business in an enthusiastic, ethical, and professional manner
- Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot
- Meets dealership sales goals
- Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems
- Attends product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager
- Offers test drives to all prospects and follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customers before test drive
- Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase
- Conducts follow-up sales calls to all customers
- Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings and abide by all Company policies
- Maintain professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
