Job Description
Reports to: Office Manager
Full Time Position
M-F (7:30 AM - 4:30PM)
Summary: The Filing Clerk is responsible for organizing records in an efficient and correct manner, enabling easy and quick retrieval.
Essential Duties:
- Basic working knowledge of filing methods
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
- Accurately file paperwork and files in correct locations
- Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to bend to file
- Ability to lift boxes over 10 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments at times
- Must be focused, detail oriented and very thorough
