Inventory and Product Administrator

Job Description

Reports to: Office Manager

Full Time Position

M-F (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Summary:The Inventory and Product Administrator is responsible for stocking in new inventory, remitting warranties, dealer trades and other tasks.

Essential Duties:

• Detailed-oriented and highly organized
• Accurately stock in new inventory
• Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to bend to file new inventory folders
• Must be focused, detailed oriented and very thorough
• Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Accounting knowledge preferred
