Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to me and focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You do not need previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate projects and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval of information.
- Serve as a personal assistant when needed, such as driving to showings with me.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Communicate effectively with clients and business partners.
Experience
- Be coachable and a desire to learn.
- You do not need experience, but you do need to have a desire to work and learn.
