Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Operate cash registers accurately, processing payments efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Adhere to food handling safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, as it enhances the ability to pair drinks with food offerings.
• Time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
