What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Salesperson position at Laurel Awning COmpany?
Fast-growing industrial fabric product company in the Philadelphia area. The position is available for immediate start.
Candidates should have a minimal construction experience and basic mathematical skills, along with prior sales experience. This role requires daily office attendance, as it is not a remote position.
Knowledge of awnings is a valuable asset.
We are looking for induviduals with a strong work ethic and self-motivation. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
Salary is $1500.00 per week while training and $900.00 per week plus commissions of 6% for all provided house leads and 10% on all sef-generated sales. An existing book of work with established clientele provided.
Responsibiliteds include, but are not limited to: researching and identifying potential customers, scheduling appointments, makeing phone calls, visiting customers, processing customer orders, addressing any order errors or missing informations, maintaining quality control, customer follow-up and submitting order confirmations.
Candidates should possess strong business acumenand excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as this role involves interaction with customers and internal staff.

Comprehensive training will be provided.
Minimum high school diploma is required. The compensation package includes a salary plus commission, along with 401k, paid vacation, paid holidays, including a plant shutdown over the winter holiday.
