Qualifications for Assistant Business Office Manager :
Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to : managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Must know billing and collection practices / techniques.
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multitask.
