Job Description
Overview: At Laurel Center - PA and V2U, we strive to deliver high-quality care and exceptional service to our patients and residents.
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currenly licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
