- Provide hands-on care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer needs.
- Contribute to ongoing assessments and care planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to deliver comprehensive care and support.
Required Skills:
- Valid LPN/VN license and current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience working with geriatric patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
