Cosmetology/ Barber PM Instructor

LCOT School of Cosmetology- A Redken Premier School is seeking a cosmetology instructor. A school in Northwestern, PA is looking for Cosmetology Instructors to join our team. We need dynamic, well-rounded, student-oriented instructors with at least 3 years of experience as a stylist.

Must have a cosmology and barber - crossover WV degree.

Instructor Requirements:

West Virginia Instructor License.

Minimum of 3 years of Cosmetology experience. Esthetics experience is also a plus.

Self-directed with strong coaching and presentation skills.

Creativity and passion for student learning.

Instructor Responsibilities:

Ability to create lesson plans and enrich curriculum.

Model, mentor and monitor student progress.

Report student outcomes.

Lead and inspire student success.

Prepare for State Board Exams and success in the industry.

Job Type: Part-time / PM position - avail. hour 4 pm - 9 pm
