This full-time position will be primarily based at the Grove City office, with occasional coverage at the Mercer office. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- All aspects of patient fit and adjustment for glasses, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
- Insurance eligibility verification and interpretation, utilizing strong analytical skills
- Inventory management, maintaining accurate records and optimizing stock levels
Prior optical or retail sales experience is preferred, but not essential. Ideal candidates must possess excellent customer service and computer skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
