Outside Golf Services Attendant

Essential Function:

To ensure the complete satisfaction of members and guests by exceeding their expectations with attention to detail and courteous service.

Responsibilities:

· Greet members and guests upon arrival at the bag drop.

· Assure golf carts are cleaned and washed per club procedure.

· Restock and rotate carts based on what carts went out that day.

· Charge all carts on a daily basis.

· Maintain clean towels, including washing, drying, and folding.

· Assist with the set-up and break down of practice facility.

· Maintain chipping area and putting green.

· Set up members and guest’s bags for play.

· Put away member and guest bags in proper storage location in a timely fashion.

· Load bags on carts and move carts to staging area.

· Keep staging area well stocked with carts throughout the day.

· Clean all players golf clubs thoroughly, including rental sets.

· Assure that all bags are tagged properly.

· Load bags into vehicle and thank members and guests for playing.

Responsibilities: Practice Facility

· Provide proper set-up of practice facility.

· Place bag stands uniformly behind the rope.

· Change club cleaner water daily.

· Rotate tee station areas on a daily basis.

· Laser and change yardages daily on yardage sign.

· Continue to be cordial and respectful to players and assist them if needed.

· Continue to refill wagons with clean, bagged practice balls.

· Collect broken tees.

· Pick up balls on putting green and short game area.

· Pick the practice fairway clean on designated days.

· Wash and store practice balls in proper baskets for drying.

· Notify golf professionals of needed supplies.

Reporting to the Outside Services Manager, your core responsibilities will include assisting members and guests, and maintaining outdoor facilities.
