MAINTENANCE / ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR
Laurel Pines is a small 56 bed Residential care facility located in rural southern Oregon
We are in search of Maintenance / Environmental Supervisor
Interviewing now for an opening
This person must have
1) Two years of experience preferred working in Long Term Care.
a. Working knowledge of the Life Safety Regulations.
b. Working knowledge with minor building repairs
c. Working knowledge of OHSA requirements
d. Ability to clean gutters
e. Ability to perform landscaping needs
f. Ability to lift, bend and move heavy objects.
g. Enjoy working with People.
2) Reliable transportation that will allow you to pick up maintenance supplies as needed.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
