Summary
As a Registered Nurse working day shift 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. three days a week., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services within our community. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of serving with passion and providing exceptional care to residents.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in skilled nursing environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
Requirements
- Current Colorado State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices.
- Experience in geriatrics or acute care settings preferred..
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
