Busy Chiropractic Office seeking a mature, experienced Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant. The candidate must have a good work ethic, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
Job Description:
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails
- Make sure the waiting area is in excellent condition at all times
- Schedule appointments
- Collect and record patients personal and medical information
- Verify payment methods and health insurance coverage
- Track inventory
- Prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments as needed
- Assist with patient rehabilitative exercises and therapeutic modalities under the direction of the doctor
- Currently licensed Chiropractic Assistants (through the Maryland Board of Chiropractic Examiners) welcome, but not required for application, we will train the right candidate.
