What You'll Do :
As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will undergo hands-on training with experienced healthcare professionals to develop essential nursing skills. This entry-level position provides a unique opportunity to earn while you learn, preparing you for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam through classroom instruction, lab work, and clinical experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in training programs to learn healthcare protocols and procedures
- Practice fundamental nursing skills under the guidance of experienced staff
- Support nursing staff in the daily care of residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming
- Collaborate with the care team to promote residents' well-being
