Your Role as an RN Supervisor
Full-Time Position
32 hours per week, 3 PM - 11 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and inspire nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care
- Manage daily operations, including staffing assignments and efficient resource allocation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
- Mentor and support nursing staff to encourage professional development
- Ensure compliance with all facility regulations and nursing protocols
