Job Description: Associate
A key member of our team, this individual at Laurel Strategies will be a proactive self-starter and a world-class writer.
The responsibilities of the Associate include:
• Day-to-day client projects and/or events to support client’s objectives and provides value
• Researching and recommending compelling angles for thought leadership, media and other vehicles to advance client’s goals.
• Crafting speeches, op-eds, and other thought leadership pieces for various purposes, across sectors, and for multiple voices.
• Achieving deadlines and delivering outstanding results.
• Working as a team to deliver client support.
• Tracking the news to identify hooks for client thought pieces and commentary.
• Delivering daily news clips.
• Working with the client teams to develop strategic and communications plans
• Supporting organizational initiatives.
