We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the general upkeep and repair of our property. This individual will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently and safely while maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Oversee and coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
- Ensure the facility complies with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas and equipment rooms.
- Assist in seasonal maintenance tasks such as snow removal or landscaping support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facility maintenance, general repairs, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift to 50lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Education:
- High school required. College coursework and degree preferred but not required. Practical experience and an engaging personality required.
Pay:
- Pay Range $18-$20 per hour
- Will be eligible to receive a gratuity and holiday bonus

- Currently, Laurel Valley Golf Club makes employer contributions of 15%. The
contribution is broken into two classifications deposited on a biweekly basis that follows the Club’s scheduled payroll cycles, 3% Safe Harbor & 12% Profit Sharing. These contributions occur after 90 calendar days of employment. Once the employee has reached their eligibility date they are vested immediately in the 3% safe harbor contributions. An employee must work a minimum of 500 hours per year for three years to be vested in the employer profit sharing (12%).
