Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 45 AM – 5 : 15 PM Scheduled Call

Hours : 40 hours per week

Salary : $29.48 - $45.58 per hour

Shift Differentials :

  • Evenings : $2.10 / hour
  • Nights : $3.00 / hour
  • Standby : $4.00 / hour
  • Weekend : $2.25 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : N / A

Retention Bonus : Not to exceed $5,000

Job Description :

We are hiring a dedicated Operating Room (OR) Technologist to assist in surgical procedures by preparing and handling surgical instruments and supplies.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare the operating room with sterile instruments and equipment.
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.
  • Ensure all surgical tools are properly sterilized and accounted for.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
  • Maintain detailed surgical records.

    • Requirements :

  • Associate's degree or certification in Surgical Technology.
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred.
  • Previous OR experience highly desired.
  • BLS certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
