Lauren’s House is a safe, structured, and supportive sober living facility committed to helping individuals build healthy, substance-free lives. Our mission is to create a recovery-centered environment where residents feel empowered, accountable, and connected. We are looking for a Program Director, responsible for the leadership, development, and oversight of all operations and programming at Lauren’s House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and vision for the sober living program
- Hire, supervise, and support house staff including peer support specialists and house managers
- Develop and enforce house policies, procedures, and programming to support recovery and accountability
- Ensure ongoing compliance with legal, licensing, and ethical standards for sober living facilities
- Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and progress tracking
- Collaborate with referring clinicians, case managers, and external providers to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resident concerns, and outcomes
- Facilitate regular house meetings and resident support initiatives
- Monitor and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the home
- Address crises with calm professionalism and trauma-informed care
- Represent Lauren’s House in community meetings, partnerships, and outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master's degree required (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, recovery housing, or program leadership
- Familiarity with NARR certification and AODE regulations
- Strong leadership, administrative, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of recovery models, peer support principles, and trauma-informed care
- Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Comfortable with crisis management and providing staff supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
