We are currently seeking teachers to join the Southwest Laurens Elementary family for the 2025-2026 school year. The exact content area and grade level has yet to be determined. We will make our final determination based on the candidates qualifications, expertise, and experience. All aplicants must hold a Degree in Elementary Education P-5 or Middle Grades Education 4-8 and approved by the GaPSC. Applicants that are not fully certified, with student teaching being the only remaining requirement, must be enrolled in an institution that allows simultanious teaching employment in the same grade of emploment. Priority for interviews will be given to fully certifed teachers based on expertise and final decisions of content areas determined by the school. Experience is prefered but not required. References and a Resume must be attached or provided to be considered for an interview.
