Sign Paint Prep/Helper

Are you hardworking, organized, and ready to be part of one of Florida’s premier sign companies? Lauretano Sign Group is seeking an outgoing, self-motivated, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sign Prep Person / Shop Helper.

Your Role Will Include:

🛠 Sign Preparation:

• Sanding, wiping, and moving signs through the paint process
• Keeping workspaces clean and signs ready for the next stage

📦 Shop Flow & Shipping:

• Coordinate movement of signs between fabrication, paint, and assembly
• Build crates, organize shipments, and assist with shipping and receiving

🔧 Sign Assembly:

• Assist in assembling a variety of signs including cabinets, monuments, and custom-fabricated pieces

🎨 Technical Skills:

• Work confidently with metal, wood, and acrylic
• Basic painting and finishing knowledge is a plus

✅ Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high standards for durability and appearance
