Description
Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Adminstrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company and facilitate the efficient operation of the company.
This schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm, 25 hours per week. With the occasional opportunity to work additional hours.
Responsibilities:
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Creates workorder tickets within our ERP system for incoming service calls.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains vehicle folders and spreadsheets.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One to three years of experience in an administrative role, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of talking on a telephone.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
