We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Operator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Qualifications
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. certification required* Stable work history in areas such as agriculture, production, or manufacturing preferred* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
* Work in various areas of production workflow including all tasks and appropriate documentation* Maintain efficient production processes according to GMP and to meet customer specifications* Operate forklifts and/or non-motorized pallet jacks as required* Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment* Cooperate with all Essentia staff* Remain calm and professional* Work daily and overtime as necessary* Assist in other work-related areas as required
