About the Position:
Lautenbach Recycling is looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team! We take pride in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining strict DOT compliance, and ensuring the highest safety standards.
If you’re a self-motivated problem solver who values flexibility and teamwork, you’ll thrive in this role. While roll-off trailer experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate!
What You’ll Do:
Safely operate roll-off trucks and transport materials to designated locations
Provide top-notch customer service while following safety protocols
Perform physical tasks including mounting/dismounting trucks, climbing ladders, and lifting 50-75 lbs.
Comply with DOT and company safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Driver Qualifications:
- Safe driving record: No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years
- Minimum Experience: 1 year in a similar role
- Clean violation history: No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No reckless driving offenses in the past 3 years
- No criminal offenses related to commercial vehicle operations
- DUI policy: Applicants with past DUI offenses must have a clean record for the last 5 years

Work Location:
Our Mount Vernon facility is a fully operational Construction & Demolition recycling center with frequent traffic, dust, and noise. Most routes will begin and end at this facility, with runs along the I-5 corridor.
