What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Lauterbach Legal, LLC?
Lauterbach Legal LLC is seeking an associate attorney to join our firm. The associate’s practice will primarily consist of small business work, with a focus on serving generational family businesses and farms. Practice areas will include estate planning and settlement, entity formation, corporate transactions, and real estate transactions. Work would be split approximately equally between our Wisconsin Rapids and Stevens Point offices.
We are willing to consider an experienced candidate or train the right candidate. To be considered, a candidate must have experience living and/or working in central Wisconsin and a background or aptitude for business work. This might be a business undergraduate degree, professional experience working with business clients as an attorney, or entrepreneurial work prior to law school.

We offer competitive compensation and anticipate offering a starting salary of $70-85,000 depending on experience. Associate attorneys are able to earn immediate compensation increases upon reaching production milestones.
