We are currently seeking a talented Customer Service Representative. Do you have a passion for helping others and providing a superior customer experience? The Customer Service Representative is a vital member of our sales and customer support team. In this position will handle all facets of customer service, including responding to inbound inquiries, greeting customers, processing transactions, updating accounts and general customer support.
Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties
- Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
- Strengthens and maintains favorable relationships by listening to customers
- Process customer orders and ensure a timely and systematic entries
- Provide accurate communication to customers
- Provide relevant solutions for inbound customer concerns
- Secure authorization for account modifications
- Assist in activating new customer accounts
- Maintain a working knowledge of products, policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- Additional duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, or at least one year of customer service or customer support experience
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Solid knowledge of products and services.
- Desire to help others through the provision of stellar service
- Proficient computer skills
- Superior data entry and organization skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transit to Dallas, TX
