We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Sales Associate works as a member of our team to create and excellent customer and brand experience.
Sales Associate Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Utilize outstanding communication skills to help customers
· Provide and exceptional customer experience
· Work as a member of the store team to lead an excellent customer experience
· Perform point of sale responsibilities and process all forms of payment
· Maintains a comprehensive working product knowledge
· Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
· Retail Associates may be assigned to work in various departments
· Greet customers
· Maintain a clean and safe environment
· Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned
· Conveys information in a way that helps customers actively make decision
Sales Associate Qualifications:
· Excellent communication and customer support skills
· Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English
· Relevant experience
· Flourishes in an environment that values exceptional customer service
· Must be able to constantly lift/carry/push/pull at minimum 20 lbs
· Enjoys developing and sharing new ideas
· Flexible scheduling availability
· To perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
