Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be skilled in various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Perform electrical repairs and installations
- Handle residential painting tasks as needed
- Fabricate parts when necessary
- Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management
Experience
- Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Possess strong leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs
- Familiarity with electrical systems and controls is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
