Job Description
Purpose and Scope:
The General Laborer will perform various tasks to support the production, construction, or warehouse operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials and products.
- Operate hand tools and equipment, such as hammers, drills, forklifts, and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with assembly, construction, demolition, or other labor-intensive tasks as assigned.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris.
- Support team members and supervisors to complete projects on time and meet production goals.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations, including attendance, punctuality, and conduct standards.
- Report any issues, concerns, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge of job tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the organization.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Job Competency / Qualifications
Education/ Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components.
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
Experience:
- At least One (1) year of professional work experience in providing general labor in an office, fulfillment, or warehouse work environment.
