Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience specifically in a sawmill or lumber processing environment.
- Knowledge of wood species and lumber grading standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sawmill machinery, including saws, conveyors, and other equipment, training is provided.
- Monitor the milling process to ensure quality control and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work Schedule Monday-Friday 10hr/day with some exceptions to a modified schedule on Fridays.
