As a cybersecurity intern at Westinghouse, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the cybersecurity team with various tasks such as conducting vulnerability assessments, analyzing security logs and events, and developing security policies and procedures.
- Learning from experienced cybersecurity professionals and gaining hands-on experience with various tools and technologies such as firewalls, antivirus software, encryption, incident response, security logging solutions, data security tools and authentication systems.
- Supporting security awareness and phishing simulation campaigns.
- Collaborating with other IT interns to share best practices and learn from each other.
