- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and can work efficiently by oneself and with the team
- Follow policies and procedures
- HVAC knowledge preferred but not required
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all electrical equipment to support all plant operations
- Assist in requisitioning parts and supplies
- Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills
- Maintaining a clean and safe shop and plant environment
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems for all phases of work (SAP)
- Other duties as assigned (i.e. replacing HVAC filters)
