Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple nuclear-related projects simultaneously, including HVAC unit replacement, building renovation, and demolition and erection.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure timely and efficient project implementation and completion.
- Interact with vendors for purchasing and provide oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with in-house employees to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regularly report on project status, milestones, and any issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in nuclear project management.
- Proven expertise in project costing, plan generation, and implementation management.
- Strong vendor management and oversight skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with in-house employees and other stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
- Experience working for a utility plant is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
