Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities using social listening tools.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns; make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
- Knowledge of advertising principles and experience in executing paid social media campaigns is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and best practices in community management is an advantage.
