The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our client's growing sales team. This hybrid role in Falls Church, VA, offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by selling innovative privacy and compliance solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
What You'll DoDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Conduct product demos and articulate value propositions to C-level executives
Collaborate with BDRs to qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates to the VP of Sales
At least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong background in selling to CIOs and CISOs in Fortune 1000 companies
Consultative sales approach
Ideally, a background in data privacy and security with an understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA, 2-3 days per week
High ethical standards, honesty, and transparency
Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets
Proactive, energetic, and involved in company life
Comfortable working in a startup environment
Employment type: Full-time W2
OTE (on-target earnings): $185,000-$300,000 per year (uncapped commission)
