The OpportunityWe are seeking a Channel Sales Director, System Integrators to join our client's dynamic Channel and Alliances team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI infrastructure and cloud computing, working with cutting-edge technologies and some of the most powerful commercially available supercomputers.
What You'll DoGuide system integrator initiatives, package creation, and product offerings
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet key business metrics
Build and scale relationships and go-to-market activities with partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key themes, messages, and channels
Identify and manage integrations with partners to increase client retention
Produce repeatable Partner Solutions (horizontal & vertical) and GTM strategies
Build pipeline and accelerate deals through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities
At least 7 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development, particularly in AI/ML, cloud, or data infrastructure
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), AI solutions, storage, GPUs, networking, Kubernetes and related technologies
Experience working with ISVs, System Integrators, and Resellers
People management skills with the ability to hire and grow a vertical
Ability to engage at the CXO level with partners and customers and develop comprehensive account/territory plans
Experience in managing complex contract negotiations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel as needed
