- Industry: Residential Construction, Prop-tech
- Product or service: ADU design and construction in the Greater Sacramento Area
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful B2C sales experience in ADUs, Residential Construction, Real Estate, or Property Management
- Proven successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of ADUs and residential construction
- Full professional working proficiency in English
- Ideally, fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or other Slavic language
- Experience using CRMs, dashboards, AI tools, and other sales software
- A valid CA driving license and a car with the ability to work from the office and drive to locations
