Office Location : Falls Church, VA
Preferred Candidate Location : within a 2-hour drive from the office ( company-paid relocation is available ). However, candidates from the East Coast or Mid-West willing to travel to Falls Church one week per month may also be considered.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Sales to join our client's leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and shape the future of a rapidly expanding company in the critical field of data privacy and security.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, providing regular performance feedback
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to the sales team through direct involvement in the sales process, including demos and closing deals
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets
Develop and implement sales training programs for Account Executives and Business Development Representatives
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
What You Bring
At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales to Fortune 1000 organizations
Proven experience in sales leadership and player-coach roles within the data privacy software, data security, or related technology industries
Successful track record in scaling startups from $5M-10M to $30M-50M ARR
Experience selling to C-suite executives (CIO, CISO, CCO, Chief Privacy Officer) and senior IT leaders
In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
Bachelor's degree or higher from a U.S. institution (MBA preferred)
Location within a 2-hour drive from Falls Church, VA, with ability to work from the office 2 days per week (preferred), or willingness to travel from the East Coast or Mid-West to Falls Church one week per month

Compensation Range : $300K - $350K
