Hiring ASAP Lead Generation Specialist HANFORD.
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team.
We are required to be in store Friday through Sunday, 4-8 hours a day.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers through various sales channels, including on floor face to face promoting services and seasonal offers with commission on select sales and a chance of a weekly bonus. The Lead Generation Specialist will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating new leads and expanding our customer base.
Required to engage with customers continuously throughout the day, setting appointments and generating multiple leads per day.
You will maintain booth and walk around store offering services and promotions. Schedule appointments for hvac tune-ups, estimates, and various other services. You will be expected to learn our products and services and answer questions for customers in the store.
**Duties**
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to identify and engage potential customers in store.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and conversion of qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and manage lead data, including customer interactions and sales outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as their benefits and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and technologies to continually improve sales strategies and tactics.
- Negotiate with potential customers to secure meetings or demos, and close sales deals.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, and store mangers and employees.
- Proficiency in telemarketing and warm calling techniques.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of the market and technology sales landscape.
